NEW YORK FASHION WEEK! Honestly, I’m more fond of the collections across the pond, but there was a few designers who I was keen to see down in NYC, and Yohji Yamamoto was most definitely one of them. His collection this season was very military inspired, and he even implemented child models into his runway show! I personally adore the many “Y-3” insignia on the pieces, which highlights the importance of a name in the fashion industry. Yamamoto had some dope jackets, and wicked military-inspired ultra-high-tops. I can’t to see what his RTW will look like. Again, I get sad because I wasn’t at the actual show. But don’t worry readers, one day VERY soon.
