It was strange to spend the long weekend in the city. It definitely provided a lot of pub-brunch opportunities though, and wonderful moments to connect with my favourite people. I always forget just how glorious a long weekend really is when you wake up in the same bed over and over but don’t have to jump into the shower and get ready for work! Oh the small luxuries in life.
