This was one of the first Easter weekends (in a loooong time) that we spent with my side of the family, but alas, we still ended up both outside of the City and in the mountains. This was probably one of the most food-filled and ethnically diverse holiday we have had in a very long time. Turkey to French Toast to Chinese to Herring to Ribs to everything else too. Talk about food coma! But all jokes aside, its a blessing to be able to revel in food and fellowship with those who love you and who you love. I hope you also had a wonderful long weekend and a great Easter.
