To celebrate Bebe finishing another semester of school, and being another leg closer to finishing her race with post-secondary, we rounded up our friends and heading west toward one of Canada’s most popular national parks; Banff. The weather was gorgeous and the food was never-ending. The Fairmount Banff Springs puts on a truly spectacular weekend brunch, and I can assure you we ate nothing prior, and nothing following, for the rest of the day. To walk off the breakfast, lunch and dinner foods we had just consumed in the time span of an hour, we decided to ditch the designer shoes for more practical sneakers, and hit the town to explore some hiking trails. While this was nothing compared to the real hikes we have done prior or plan on doing in the future, it was very refreshing to get out of the city for the day and “climb” the mountains of Banff. Yay school! Almost done B!
