And once again, another year comes to a close, and a new year is welcomed. After much humming and ha-ing, we decided to go with our gut instinct and head to the Dejavu party at Black Betty. Despite the extremely unreasonable wait time to get inside (we walked in at 11:49 pm) and the sauna-like dance floor, the evening was extremely memorable, from Elyssa fixing Angela’s hair, to Jeff being wasted, to Gen cutting off her feet! What is a New Years celebration without your oldest and closest friends, dressed to the nines, bringing in January 1 right beside you, screaming and shouting? I feel so truly blessed.
