URBAN Staff Christmas Party

Now I know you think that this is a super delayed post from almost three months ago, around the time of Christmas, but URBAN Head Office didn’t actually schedule the annual Christmas function until February, so in reality, this post isn’t really that late. Like I mentioned on my Twitter a few weeks ago, it was such an amazing experience to work as a seasonal employee at one of Calgary’s premium shopping outlets during one of the busiest seasons. I learnt so much about luxury denim, European brands, and most importantly team-work. Any of you who know me personally know how this job completely changed my life. It was wicked being invited to this party. It was pretty cool to see all the staff – full/part-time and seasonal – all together in one place, enjoying some fine wine, delectable food, and even live music at one of Calgary’s coolest venues, Murrietta’s. Afterwards, we walked (but mostly cabbed) over to Se7en Restolounge to get our party on after all the free wine! Hit the jump to see more.
