Every year at the onset of March, I have a type of re-awakening. Its almost as if I wake up from a deep winter slumber. Because both my anniversary and my birthday is in March, for me, March signifies the new / next year. January and February are kind of like my bonus months of the year before, where I still get to be the same and do the same things. And then March hits and I go in super-drive; gotta get this and that done before I turn 24, or 25, or 26, or in this year’s case 27. For me, March is both the beginning and the end. The beginning of my next year of being this age, and the end of my previous year – for both my relationship and my life. March is my cornerstone of every year. This month, I am extra motivated to do everything I can to make 2015, and my 27th year of life, and my 5th year with my beautiful partner, the most amazing one yet.
