Lexus chilling in Pearson Int’l Airport, Toronto
Flying, though glamorized and the source of much excitement, is never really fun, right? The grueling hours of sitting in one semi-comfortable seat, with the change in pressure and the almost inedible “snacks” provided can all come together to make the experience not that amazing after all. Especially considering we caught the red-eye from Calgary to Toronto and then ended up back on a plane en route to Punta Cana.
Bored? That’s an understatement. We definitely tried to sleep, but it’s hard to come by with constant turbulence. But, alas, it wasn’t all bad, because with the pitter-patter of AK/Lexus sitting behind us, the flight there was actually pretty enjoyable. As we were landed; “All my life, I’ve waited for this moment”, sung via BoysIIMen cover, thanks to AK. Classic.

Took the stairs down from the Plane.
Took an open-air bus to the Terminal.
Feeling the Caribbean heat as soon as we landed.
The flight home was, obviously, in a much different I-Can’t-Wait-To-Go-Home mindset.
