No amount of gifts, champagne and picture-perfect Instagram moments compares to the joy of a child at Christmas, especially when that child is your doll-like niece. She was so excited about her flowly red skirt, for her own baby carriage where she pushed an actual baby doll around, and to be the centre of everyone’s attention. The thousands of miles of travel, the many city destinations and all the preparations were all worth it just to get to enjoy Christmas Eve with this gorgeous human being.
