After weeks of planning and secretly making decorations and sourcing gifts and ordering treats and finalizing reservations – it finally happened! My bebe had her birthday and it was epic. I’ve said this before and I will continue to say this: despite the obvious commercialization of birthdays and the sensitization our society has created them out to be, I strongly believe that one day out of the entire year, its important to both reflect on the year past, plan for the year to come, and also just celebrate and enjoy yourself. And if you have the opportunity to help someone with their own birthday, then you better jump in and make it epic!
