HERMES, DRIES VAN NOTEN, DSQUARED2, KRIS VAN ASSCHE, ALEXANDER MCQUEEN – SPRING 2011 RUNWAY SHOWS
While most people are quick to say that they love Fall because of layering and boots and gloves and scarves, this season’s Spring line-up is seriously making me reconsider what my favorite time of the year really is. Designers served up fresh scoops of style on the catwalks the past few months, going from extreme monochromatic black-and-white only shows to full on color heavy collections. There was definitely an emphasis on specific pops of color, and also a return to the gentleman of generations past. I will be posting specific Spring 2011 Trends over the next couple days, so stay tuned!
