Creative Director for Lacoste, Christophe Lemair, named this collection Lacoste Black, and I feel he did a wonderful job for this season introducing flashes of color which remind me of Fall in Europe. Suede dress shoes with head-to-toe yellow suits, and oversized cardigans ruled the runway. This season, Lacoste offers a functional, contemporary look, but personally, I don’t see it as very practical “winter” wear. Anyway, a refreshing fun show on Saturday in New York.
