The conclusion to B’s birthday week was nothing short of dope. Because she is absolutely obsessed with candy and cakes and ice-creams, I felt it would be completely suiting for her to have her very own pop-up Patesserie shop! And of course, a surprise to boot. Complete with hard and soft candies, mini cupcakes and macarons, and three (3!) birthday cakes to cut, serve and enjoy with her friends – the candy bar was truly a success. Complete with custom made logos, menu, mini-flags and receipts, the Mrs. got the full experience of owning, running, and enjoying her own candy shoppe! And V Lounge at Bankers Hall ended up (surprisingly) being an absolutely perfect venue. We are still reaping the benefits of owning our own pop-up Patesserie, and have had many tooth aches and sore stomachs from mass candy and sweet consumption, but I think Miss. Mon Mode would agree that its all well worth it.
