Despite an emergency surgery last week, I packed my bags for the first famous road trip of the summer this past weekend, and headed to my to-be In-Laws property for sun, relaxation, food and lots of laughter. As I’ve always said, living, working and playing in downtown Calgary has many benefits, but once in a while its wonderful to disconnect from Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp, iMessage, Blogger, Photobucket, email and general mobile service, and be one with nature, with animals, with good food. Eternally grateful for this beautiful oasis and looking forward to returning very soon!
