Although it has seemed like such a long winter, this year really wasn’t too bad or too harsh as far as snow, ice and sleet were concerned. But regardless, anyone that knows me knows how quick I am to jump on the shorts weather, and last Sunday at Lilac Fest (see post below) was no exception.
