This weekend deserves a solid round of applause. It was exhausting, exhilarating, inspiring, exciting, photo-heavy and full of both tears and laughter. From a patriarchal point of view, my family officially welcomed in the new bride. From my point of view, I am super excited for the official union of my cousin/uncle with one of my oldest family friends. And now, out of nowhere, its December – birthday season, finals, Christmas, New Years, my parent’s anniversary and the most hectic time at work. Oh joy. Bring it on life; I’m enjoying you way too much to be deterred by your hastiness.
